I have four keynote talks that help you to understand more about how the mind works, why we react to stress in certain ways, and how to manage your mental wellbeing.
In this talk you will learn all about anxiety, what causes it, why we react the way we do, and why it doesn’t always make logical sense.

This talk is all about how and why we can become depressed, that it’s not a weakness but a mixture of genetic and environmental vulnerabilities; you’ll also learn the importance of self-care and of putting away the baseball bat of self-blame.

In this talk you’ll learn all about stress and the effects it has on your body, emotions, behaviour and your brain; by the end, you will realise that managing stress is one of the most important life choices you can decide to make.

This talk is all about learning ways to manage your mental wellbeing; I cover lots of different treatments and therapies so you can decide what to try and what works best for you. Most importantly I show you some of the science as to how and why they work.
